- Order Cancellation:
- You may cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided the product has not yet been dispatched or the service initiated.

- Refunds for Services:
- Refunds for services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility for a refund will depend on the nature of the service, the extent of work already performed, and the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
- Approved refunds for services may take 5–7 business days to process after the refund approval date. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
- Refunds for Products:
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If a product is received damaged in transit or if you receive an incorrect item, you must report it to us within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
- Initiating a Product Refund/Return: To initiate a product refund or return, please email billing@sunnymadan.com with your order ID and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact, unless they were reported as damaged upon receipt.
- Non-Refundable Items/Services:

- Services that have been fully rendered or completed are generally non-refundable.
- Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, the processing time to credit the amount back to your account typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
